Job summary

The Nature Conservancy’s Global Development Operations team is seeking a Development Operations Manager to support Principal Gifts and Global Markets fundraising efforts. You will manage the PG Pipeline and Natural Partner Program data, coordinate dashboards and reporting, and collaborate with staff across the organization to drive informed decisions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience, strong project coordination skills, and proficiency with BBCRM and

• Experience coordinating projects.
• Experience generating reports, and analyzing and interpreting data.
• Experience with current technology in fundraising operations, data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development operations for PG pipeline and related workstreams.
• Track and report on pipeline dollars and activity, including dashboards and analyses.
• Collaborate with Global Development and field staff on donor data coordination.
• Support strategy sessions on PG prospects and partnership plans with PG leadership.
