Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Development Operations Manager to lead project management and data coordination for Principal Gifts and Global Markets. You will work with the Associate Director of Development Operations and Deputy Director to support pipeline tracking, dashboards, and reporting across multiple priority workstreams.

You will collaborate with Global Development staff, field teams, and senior leadership to ensure standardized, efficient processes and aligned metrics reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating projects and driving multiple workstreams.
• Experience generating reports and analyzing data to inform decisions.
• Experience with fundraising operations, data management, and analysis tools.
• Experience working across departments and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and support development operations for priority workstreams (Principal Gifts & Global Markets).
• Serve as central data management resource for the PG Pipeline and NPP.
• Track, report, and analyze pipeline dollars and activity; create dashboards using BBCRM/PowerBI.
• Coordinate strategy sessions with PG leadership and fundraising teams across Business Units.
• Collaborate with organization-wide leaders to align metrics reporting and operational processes.
