Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Development Operations Manager who will coordinate the Principal Gifts and Global Markets fundraising operations, dashboards, and data reporting. You will partner with the Associate Director and Deputy Director to manage the PG Pipeline, NPP, and engagement efforts, using BBCRM and Power BI to drive decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating projects across teams.
• Experience generating reports and analyzing data.
• Experience with fundraising operations, data management and analysis.

• Manage the PG Pipeline data, dashboards, and reporting.
