Job summary

St. David's Developmental and Therapeutic Services seeks a Development Operations Manager to strengthen the systems, processes, and campaigns that support a growing philanthropy program.

Reporting to the Director of Development, this position serves as a key operational partner responsible for managing development data systems, strengthening donor engagement infrastructure, and executing annual giving initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of nonprofit development experience.
• Experience with donor databases and CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing fundraising projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage development data systems and donor engagement infrastructure.
• Execute annual giving initiatives and fundraising campaigns.
• Collaborate with development, communications, finance and program teams.
• Turn strategy into action by building effective systems and processes.
