Job summary

St. David's Developmental and Therapeutic Services in Minnesota is seeking a Development Operations Manager to strengthen donor systems, infrastructure, and annual giving initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Development, the ideal candidate will manage development data, collaborate with communications, finance, and program teams, and turn fundraising strategy into actionable processes while supporting an inclusive mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent amount of training and hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of nonprofit development experience, preferably with annual giving or donor operations.
• Experience with donor databases and CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development data systems and donor engagement infrastructure.
• Execute annual giving initiatives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with development, communications, finance, and program teams to turn strategy into action.
• Independently manage projects while coordinating across teams.
