American Heart Association is hiring a Development Director, School Engagement, a full-time role based in the field. The position travels across Wyoming and Fort Collins, CO, with flexible hours to meet school events and program needs.

You will drive Kids Heart Challenge fundraising, manage CRM data, and engage hundreds of schools while coordinating with teachers and district leaders. Remote work is allowed from WY or CO with travel requirements.

Formación

• 3 years of fundraising, sales, or related experience.
• Willingness to travel daily within the territory; reliable transportation.
• University/college degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work from home and in the field within flexible work arrangements.
• Proactive communication and independent work style.
• Comfort in a fast-paced fundraising/sales environment.
• Extensive data management with CRMs and MS Office.
• Ability to lift/move large objects as needed and manage events.

Responsabilidades

• Meet fundraising goal of $275,000 through recruitment and engagement of volunteers and students.
• Recruit and engage students through schools and districts via Kids Heart Challenge programs.
• Develop classroom activities and assemblies to engage students (in-person/digital).
• Build and maintain relationships with teachers, principals, and district staff.
• Maintain accurate account information in CRM and MS Office; manage high-volume school activity.
