Job summary

The American Diabetes Association is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to supervise all aspects of a peer-to-peer event portfolio, driving revenue for Tour de Cure, State of Diabetes and Step Out Walk in the Desert Southwest Market. This role oversees teams, fundraisers, corporate partners, and volunteers, with a focus on growth and relationship development.

The Development Director will manage donor activities, track KPIs, provide budgeting input, and collaborate with field staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in peer-to-peer fundraising, events, leadership, and partnerships.
• Excellent public speaking and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to recruit and mobilize volunteers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for peer-to-peer fundraising and portfolio growth.
• Monitor campaign data with dashboards and revenue analysis.
• Manage revenue plans, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Develop and retain teams, volunteers, and corporate partners.
• Collaborate with field staff and organization to drive campaign success.
