Job summary

Montana State Parks Foundation seeks a part-time Development Coordinator to support fundraising operations, donor stewardship, and grant activities. Qualifications

• Experience managing donor databases and donor records.
• Ability to plan and execute annual fundraising campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication for donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the donor CRM and fundraising database.
• Maintain donor records, gift processing, acknowledgments, and reporting.
• Support annual giving, donor segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Assist with grant development, reporting, and calendars.
• Develop fundraising and stewardship content for communications.
