Job summary

Two Ten Footwear Foundation seeks a Development Coordinator to support donor communications, gift records, events, and professional group activities. This remote role covers the Northeast corridor and reports to the VP of Development and Professional Groups.

Responsibilities include donor record maintenance, gift processing, acknowledgments, reporting, and event coordination, with occasional travel to meetings and events. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in related areas are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in nonprofit development, events, CRM, or admin support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate records.
• Clear communication and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional donor communications experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor, sponsor, volunteer, and event records in the database.
• Process gifts and pledges, prepare acknowledgments, track invoices, and assist with finance reconciliation.
• Prepare donor correspondence, stewardship materials, and fundraising materials.
• Track deadlines, follow up with donors, and report on sponsorships and events.
• Coordinate event logistics: invitations, registrations, vendor management, and on-site support.
• Organize webinars, networking events, and advisory board meetings.
• Prepare lists, reports, presentations, and meeting materials for outreach.
• Support prospect research and donation coordination as needed.
