Job summary

Two Ten Footwear Foundation seeks a Director of Grant Programs to lead a high-volume grants portfolio spanning disaster relief and educational funding. This role oversees the grants management system, processing workflow, tracking, reporting, QA, ongoing program evaluation and process improvement, ensuring alignment with the Foundation's mission.

The person must reside somewhere between Boston, MA and Washington, DC, and will provide team leadership, cross-functional collaboration with finance

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of grants program management or project management in a nonprofit or for-profit.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience managing a high-volume operational program with accurate processing.
• Experience with a grants management system or database and data-driven reporting.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grants management from application to disbursement and reporting.
• Manage grants system, workflow, QA and program evaluation.
• Provide training and support to staff on the grant management system.
• Coordinate with finance for budgets, payments and reconciliations.
• Lead a high-volume grant program team and set goals aligned with strategy.
