Job summary

ConfiKids, Inc. seeks a Development Director to lead fundraising, donor relations, and board engagement as we approach 10 years of impact. This part-time, remote role supports events, communications, and reporting with the Executive Director and volunteers.

The ideal candidate is a nonprofit generalist with strong project management, communication, and data skills. Flexible hours and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nonprofit development or fundraising experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with donor management software (Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, Raiser's Edge).
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
• Maintain donor relations and manage donor database.
• Prepare materials and present fundraising results to the Board.
• Support Executive Director and volunteers; coordinate with the Board.
