Job summary

Partners In Health (PIH) is hiring a Development Associate, Prospect Research to identify and analyze major gift prospects. You will conduct in-depth research on individuals, corporations, and foundations to align philanthropic investments with PIH’s mission.

Reporting to the Manager of Prospect Research, this role supports data maintenance in Salesforce and cross‑functional fundraising efforts. The position offers a full-time, exempt schedule with remote, hybrid, or Boston-area office options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of fundraising/development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed donor and prospect research using diverse sources.
• Summarize wealth estimates and capacity scores for decision-making.
• Develop prospect acquisition strategies to identify new donors.
• Collaborate with fundraising teams and support portfolio assignments.
• Assist with due diligence and monitor risk for Gift Acceptance.
• Uphold APRA professional and ethical standards.
