Job summary

Young Americans for Liberty is seeking a Development Associate for a six-month, part-time remote program. You will lead donor outreach, schedule meetings, and support major donor fundraising efforts that power our mission.

You will be trained by the Donor Advancement team and will gain hands-on experience in donor research, stewardship, and CRM documentation while contributing to both YAL and its Foundation.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; comfortable on the phone.

• Detail-oriented with ability to summarize findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings with donors from assigned list.
• Conduct donor research and prepare reports.
• Donor stewardship through thank-you and discovery calls.
• Document outreach in CRM and track interactions.
