Job summary

Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) is seeking several Activism Coordinators to recruit, mobilize, and develop activists who are willing to take action in defense of liberty. This remote, part-time role supports campus and community chapters and focuses on priority states including Kentucky.

As the Activism Coordinator, you will organize grassroots campaigns, train volunteers, and build relationships with activists and leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in student leadership, grassroots activism, or volunteer recruitment.
• Strong interest in grassroots activism and liberty.
• Ability to build relationships with activists and chapter leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and organizational tools.
• Aligned with YAL's mission and principles.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute grassroots educational campaigns.
• Mobilize activists for legislative and advocacy efforts.
• Coordinate training opportunities, events, and initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication with opportunities for involvement.
• Host activism events to increase engagement.
• Recruit and develop Minutemen and engaged activists.
• Support chapters with recruitment and development.
• Track activist engagement and provide progress reports.
