Job summary

The Obama Foundation seeks a Development Analyst, West to support the West Coast fundraising team with project management and admin tasks. You will help maximize time on donor engagement and coordinate West Coast activities, reporting to the Director of Development, West.

Responsibilities include preparing briefing materials, coordinating donor trips, updating Salesforce, drafting donor correspondence, and improving internal processes. Remote role based on the West Coast.

Qualifications

• Exceptional project manager who can plan and execute short- and long-term initiatives.
• Proactive communicator and collaborator to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft briefing materials for donor meetings.
• Coordinate lead trips and West Coast events.
• Enter regional data into Salesforce and generate basic reports.
• Draft donor correspondence for ELT surrogates.
• Support West team and Central Development with processes.
• Manage team meetings, agendas, and retreats.
• Coordinate projects and donor tours at Obama Presidential Center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
