Job summary

Bentley Systems in the United States (Eastern time zone) seeks a Developer Community Programs Manager to own the strategy and execution of Bentley's developer programs portfolio, including hackathons, Developer Days, API and SDK workshops, and peer-learning events.

You will work across Corporate Marketing, Developer Relations, Product and Partners to scale programs, establish playbooks, and drive engagement across products and regions, helping developers build on Bentley technology.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in developer programs or related roles.
• Experience creating developer-focused experiences (hackathons, Developer Days, webinars).
• Strong technical acumen for APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of developer programs across Bentley's ecosystem.
• Coordinate with Corporate Marketing, Product, Developer Relations, Events, and Partners.
• Translate developer strategy into repeatable programs and playbooks.
• Track engagement, outcomes, and partner contributions.
