Job summary

PedrosVacations is seeking a Global Destinations Coordinator to help clients explore destinations, compare options, and coordinate planning details from home. You'll support destination research, reservations, scheduling, and client communication while helping keep each plan clear and organized.

Training and ongoing support are provided to succeed in a fully remote role with flexible scheduling. Experience isn’t required; comprehensive training will onboard you, and you’ll gain skills in

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Reliable follow-through.
• Comfort researching and comparing options.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests.
• Familiarity with email and online systems.
• Comfort working independently.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Gather client preferences, dates, and priorities.
• Compare available options based on client needs.
• Assist with reservations and confirmations.
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling details.
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items.
• Help with changes or special requests.
• Maintain accurate client information.
