PedrosVacations is seeking a Global Destinations Coordinator to help research destinations, compare options, and organize planning details in a remote environment.

You will assist clients with preferences, dates, and reservations while maintaining clear records and schedules. Training and ongoing support are provided, with fully remote work and a flexible schedule to fit client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Research destinations and options for clients.
• Gather client dates, preferences and priorities.
• Assist with reservations and confirmations.
• Coordinate accommodations, transport and activities.
• Keep schedules and itineraries organized and up to date.
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items.
• Manage changes or special requests as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records.
