Socket.dev is seeking Destination Relations Coordinators to join its remote team. You will assist clients exploring vacation destinations, review options, and coordinate services for a smooth experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's destination interests, preferred dates, vacation style, budget, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other destination-based options using approved resources.
• Help coordinate selected services and organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Keep clients informed by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor important deadlines, and continue expanding your knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and available experiences.
