Blue Mantis is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer L1 to join our team as a Remote US-Only support specialist. The role handles first-line technical issues for managed services clients and provides phone and remote assistance through to resolution.

The candidate will troubleshoot across Windows OS, O365/Azure, Intune, and VPN networks, working in a fast-paced MSP environment with strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Service Desk Experience.
• MSP Service Desk experience a plus, but not required.
• Experience providing technical assistance over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level problem determination, incident recording, and resolution for customers.
• Serve as front-line support via phone and remote sessions.
• Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot customer issues and document outcomes.
