You'll own how the product looks and feels, from the design system through to the shipped interface, and be responsible for delivering the best value to our users. Your decisions will shape the product and its future.

Qualifications

• Experience designing customer-facing interfaces at a software company with high engineering standards.
• Strong frontend skills with Typescript, React, and CSS.
• Track record of owning a design system that other engineers built on.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship the interface our users live in, owning it from first sketch to production.
• Lead design innovation, focusing on how complex modeling work should look and feel.
• Own the design system, our brand, and the marketing site, so everything we put out feels like one product.
• Shape the product and its future, to lead the new era of predictive modeling.
• Elevate the team by bringing your own ideas and expertise to the table.
• Partner with the founder to build a product that our users love.
