Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of software engineers in owning all consumer-facing features for our prediction markets product.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and operations to design and launch trading experiences for major global events.
• Define technical roadmaps, establish coding standards, and maintain operational excellence for our prediction market systems.
• Mentor and develop engineers on the team, helping them progress and achieve technical excellence.
