Ladders is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Sales Specialist to drive pharmaceutical dermatology sales with a remote, US-based footprint and a focus on Grand Rapids, MI. You will build trusted relationships with dermatologists and office staff, delivering clinically relevant messaging and supporting patient access.

In this role you will analyze data and insights to identify growth opportunities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product launches and brand strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Experience with aligned therapeutic healthcare provider roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Valid US driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to meet sales goals in dermatology.
• Build relationships with dermatologists and office staff via in-person and virtual engagements.
