Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to support the Northwest, NJ territory in a remote-capable role. You will build trusted relationships with dermatologists and office staff, deliver clinical messaging, and drive product demand while navigating reimbursement pathways.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to support launches, access initiatives, and use data to prioritize accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years with an associate's degree or 10+ years with a high school diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Experience in specialty sales, particularly dermatology, immunology, or inflammation, preferred.

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and meet sales goals.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists and office stakeholders through impactful engagements.
