Ladders is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Sales Specialist - VIT to drive territory performance in dermatology by building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key office stakeholders. This remote role leverages clinical expertise and data-driven prioritization to expand demand and support access for specialty therapies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with an associate's degree or 10+ years with a high school diploma)
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing
• Experience with aligned therapeutic healthcare provider roles
• Preferred 3–5 years in specialty sales, particularly in dermatology or related fields

Responsabilidades

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and meet sales goals
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists and office stakeholders through impactful engagements
• Deliver compelling clinical and product messaging to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to enhance patient access
• Leverage data and insights to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs
• Support product launches and provide field insights for brand strategy
