Ladders is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Sales Specialist (VIT) for a remote field-based role in the United States. You will drive specialty sales, build trusted partnerships with dermatology practices and key office stakeholders, and use clinical messaging to influence prescribing. Location: Remote US-based, no visa sponsorship.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 8+ years with an associate's degree or 10+ years with a high school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing.
• Experience in specialty sales, especially dermatology, immunology or inflammation, preferred.
• Strong understanding of complex disease states and specialty reimbursement.
• Proven ability to engage key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
