Job summary

Ladders seeks a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist (VIT) for a remote US-based field role to drive specialty sales within dermatology by building trusted relationships with high-value clinical accounts.

You will partner across functions to execute territory strategies, support product launches, and improve patient access through compelling scientific and brand messaging.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $108,600 – $250,700 annually. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years with an associate, 10+ years with a high school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Experience in specialty sales, particularly in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of complex disease states and specialty reimbursement.
• Proven ability to engage key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
