Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of distribution system operations, protection, and planning principles.
• Proficiency in power system analysis software (WindMil, CYME, Synergi).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support DER impact studies assessing hosting capacity, voltage regulation, thermal loading, protection coordination, and power quality.
• Perform steady-state and dynamic simulations using industry tools and develop distribution models for planning decisions.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory filings.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes.
