Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of bank operations experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with RDC/mRDC processing and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing management with daily queue monitoring and decisioning.
• Tier II phone support and issue triage for Deposit Operations.
• Analyze risk trends and control effectiveness; propose corrective actions.
• Support special projects, procedures, and training; ensure compliance with policies.
