Job summary

Empower Dental Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Remote Call Center / Treatment Coordinator to own high-ticket dental leads from first contact to booked consultation and signed case. This sales-and-care role works directly with doctors and marketing, not a front desk position.

You will respond to inquiries, pre-qualify patients, present full-arch implant and veneer plans, and manage financing options. A remote, results-driven candidate with dental experience excels here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a dental treatment coordinator or dental call center/scheduling coordinator with experience presenting and closing implant/full-arch or cosmetic/veneer cases
• Comfort discussing five-figure treatment fees and handling objections
• Experience with dental financing partners and pre-qualification
• Familiarity with Dentrix or Open Dental and a CRM; training provided on our system
• Fast, organized, and self-managing; remote position measured on results
• Reliable home office with quiet environment and strong internet; available during Pacific business hours
• Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish, Armenian, Farsi, or Russian)

Responsibilities

• Respond to new implant and cosmetic inquiries by phone, text, and email; book consultations
• Run a disciplined follow-up cadence on every lead until booked or closed
• Pre-qualify patients: dental history, goals, smile expectations, budget, financing readiness
• Present implant and veneer plans and finance options with confidence
• Explain third‑party financing and in-house plans to patients
• Coordinate consult logistics with the office team; confirm appointments; reduce no-shows
• Track leads in our CRM and report weekly on booked, shown, and closed cases
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient communication
