You will connect with patients, confidently present treatments, overcome objections, and drive scheduled care.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve strong case acceptance and close larger treatment plans.
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements with patients.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and persuasive without being overly aggressive.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable being accountable for results.
• Strong follow-up skills and persistence with unscheduled treatment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with doctors, patients, and team members.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused dental environment.
• Knowledge of PPO and fee-for-service dentistry preferred.
• Experience with cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, and comprehensive treatment presentations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Build rapport and establish trust with patients throughout the treatment-planning process.
• Educate patients on recommended treatment, value, timing, and next steps.
• Communicate larger treatment plans in a way patients can easily understand.
• Discuss financial arrangements, insurance considerations, and available payment options.
• Identify and address concerns that may prevent patients from moving forward with treatment.
• Confidently handle objections related to cost, timing, fear, and treatment commitment.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with patients who have unscheduled or pending treatment.
• Re-engage patients with outstanding treatment plans.
• Work toward strong case-acceptance and treatment-conversion goals.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical team members to ensure patients receive consistent information.
• Maintain accurate treatment and follow-up documentation.
• Help maintain an organized and productive patient schedule.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience from treatment presentation through scheduling.
