Aligned Dental is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the end-to-end revenue cycle for a multi-site practice network. The ideal candidate will reside on the East Coast or in a Eastern Time Zone location and work full-time, remotely, with occasional travel.

Requires 5+ years in dental billing/AR, Open Dental experience, and strong communication with HIPAA compliance. Strong Excel/MS Office skills and detail orientation are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of dental billing, AR or revenue cycle experience.
• Knowledge of dental insurance terminology and Open Dental software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Extremely detailed and organized.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Organize and strategize to increase collections.
• Improve insurance processing.
• Develop, plan, organize, and implement revenue cycle policies and workflow.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Follow up on denied/rejected insurance claims.
• Train front office teams on required images, narratives and documentation.
• Post insurance checks.
• Audit patient accounts.
• Reduce adjustments and bad debt.
• Process patient refunds.
• Oversee resolution of contract payment issues and assist in collections.
• Liaise with dental offices on postings, verifications, and EOB training.
• Assist in external financial and insurance audits and internal inquiries.
• Other duties as requested or assigned.
