Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Practice Coach to support the growth ambitions of dental practices. This role, based remotely, involves delivering coaching, evaluating practices, and customizing learning objectives. Candidates must be a Registered Dental Hygienist with 1-3 years of experience in dental business management. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and involves up to 16 hours of work per week with travel expectations. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of dental business/practice management experience.
• Ability to work up to 16 hours per week and perform in-person coaching.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess practices to identify areas of opportunity.
• Create proposals that align with assessment findings.
• Sell Practice Coaching remotely using analytical software.
• Deliver coaching both remotely and in-person.
• Create, maintain, and update curriculum.
• Engage and foster growth with clients.
• Monitor P&L statements and close performance gaps.
• Create PowerPoints and conduct public speaking.
