Job summary

Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana seeks a Professional Services Representative to recruit participating dentists for Delta Dental programs. You will visit dental offices, ensure understanding of programs, and log contacts in SalesForce to support recruitment efforts.

You will represent the company at regional and national meetings, conduct presentations for dental schools and associations, and stay current on products to promote new programs and increase participation among dentists.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus two years' work experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting, and one year in chair-side assisting.

Responsibilities

• Recruits and retains dentists in Delta Dental networks and logs all contacts in Salesforce.
• Visits participating and non-participating dentists to ensure understanding of programs and procedures to resolve claims processing problems.
• Obtains competitor information and analyzes data to support recruitment efforts and determine needs.
• Represents the company by attending regional and national dental meetings/trade shows, student clinics, and community functions to foster relationships.
• Assists in developing and conducting presentations such as dental office seminars and presentations for dental schools and local societies.
