Minor Figures is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst for its North American team. You will forecast demand, manage Modus inputs, and partner with sales, finance, and operations to improve forecast accuracy and drive topline revenue.

The role emphasizes data integrity, system optimization, and proactive problem solving in a fully remote team. Ideal candidates bring strong forecasting experience, familiarity with Modus or similar tools, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience building bottoms-up forecasts (strongly preferred).
• Experience with demand planning software and reporting tools.
• Experience with grocery forecasting and/or trade spend (strongly preferred).

• Forecasting, data entry and Modus administration.
• Demand review ownership and forecast governance.
• Pipeline and PMAT administration.
• Reporting and data quality management.
