Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Demand & Financial Planning Analyst to join the finance team. This remote US role reports to the Director, Revenue Management and focuses on forecasting, inventory planning, and gross margin analysis across product lines.

You will collaborate with omnichannel, supply chain, and finance teams to drive accurate forecasts, model new opportunities, and support long-term strategic plans while maintaining high data accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
Strong communication skills; adaptable to a dynamic and agile business environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with omnichannel lead to analyze retail sales and manage monthly reforecasting.
Maintain a demand planning model to project inventory requirements and gross margin trends.
Track input costs to understand gross margin evolution across product portfolio.
