The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven forecasting in a remote-friendly environment. Responsibilities include developing a 24-month demand plan, monitoring forecast accuracy, and optimizing planning processes to strengthen KPI results and supply planning alignment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a 24-month demand plan for finished products using historical trends, POS data, and seasonal forecasts.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Category Insights to incorporate promotions, changes, and market trends.
• Maintains forecasting software and interface integrity with ERP systems.
• Monitors forecast accuracy and bias, investigates variances, and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Communicates significant forecast changes to supply planning to ensure proper inventory levels.
