Bobbie is seeking a part-time Interim Demand Planning Manager in the United States. This role focuses on owning the retail demand forecast and translating it into actionable plans for our retail business, reporting to the Director of Commercial and Demand Planning.

You will leverage retailer POS data, syndicated market data, promotions, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy at the account, item, and week level. Collaboration with Sales, FP&A, and cross-functional teams is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in demand planning or S&OP in CPG.
• Hands-on forecasting for mass retail accounts.
• Strong SPINS, IRI/Circana and Nielsen reporting knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the retail demand plan by retailer, item, and week.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability for retail partners.
• Translate retailer data into sell-in forecasts and monitor supply risk.
• Analyze retail performance using SPINS, IRI/Circana, Nielsen data.
• Forecast for new distribution, items, promotions; measure impact.
