Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or equivalent.
• 1+ year of leadership responsibility.
• West Coast candidates preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff, providing coaching, mentorship and work direction.
• Conducts regular performance appraisals and career discussions with staff.
• Interviews, recruits and selects staff.
• Ensures timeliness and accuracy of timesheets and expense reports.
• Delivers training on Working Practice Documents (WPDs) and SOPs.
