Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will manage Meta campaigns, maintain client relationships, and drive results through data-driven optimization.

You'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client results, retention, and growth, including bi-weekly calls and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on strategist role managing client relationships and campaign performance.
• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead bi-weekly client calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Solve account issues to support growth.
