As a Remote Delivery Site Engineer supporting global carrier deployments via Arbeit Group, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of remote RAN integration, installation support, and configuration troubleshooting. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include planning and executing remote support installation and integration delivery for complex Ericsson products based on customer specifications and Network Design Planning. You will perform remote support for onsite installation, commissioning, and integration field engineers, execute remote troubleshooting to resolve integration issues and root cause analysis, and drive implementation improvements by analyzing end‑to‑end perspectives. Furthermore, you will enforce strict quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety (E+OHS), and security assurance standards across all remote delivery operations.
