Job summary
Arbeit Group seeks an experienced Remote Delivery Site Engineer to lead RAN integration across 2G/4G/5G for global carrier deployments. You will own remote installation support, troubleshooting, and documentation, ensuring adherence to customer specs and network design planning.
The role requires 4+ years with Ericsson networks (BTS, eNodeB, gNodeB), strong remote coordination, and excellent English communication. Remote/hybrid work options are available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 4+ years hands-on Ericsson networks experience (BTS, eNodeB, gNodeB).
- Remote Delivery Site Engineer for GRAN/LRAN/NRAN elements experience.
- Proficiency in 2G/4G LTE and 5G NR air interface protocols.
- Strong remote troubleshooting and configuration management.
- Excellent English communication.
- Legal eligibility to work locally or for remote/hybrid arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute remote support installation and integration delivery for Ericsson network products according to Network Design Planning.
- Provide remote technical support for onsite installation, commissioning, and integration field engineers.
- Perform advanced remote troubleshooting to diagnose bottlenecks and root causes.
- Drive improvements by analyzing end-to-end network perspectives.
- Enforce quality, E+OHS, and security standards across remote delivery operations.
- Manage 2G/4G/5G RAN integration to meet customer requirements and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with onsite crews, project managers, and client engineering leads during rollout windows.
- Maintain technical documentation and remote support logs.
