Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or professional services support.
• Experience working in project management and/or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, Suite ProjectPro) is preferred.
• Prior exposure to a professional services or consulting environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and archiving recordings.
• Maintain engagement schedules, calendars, and key milestones to keep delivery on track.
• Draft project status reports (PSRs), dashboards, and engagement summaries for Project Manager review.
• Track action items, risks, and decisions (RAID) to ensure projects remain current, transparent, and auditable.
• Maintain project documentation and Confluence pages to support consistent delivery practices.
