Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery across service delivery operations, ensuring profitability and driving continuous improvement. The role is remote with periodic travel to Albuquerque, NM, overseeing large teams and complex projects.

You will optimize forecasting, staffing, SLA adherence, and performance metrics, partner with project managers, and contribute to new offerings while maintaining strong client relationships and alignment with business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in people management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in contact center management.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in Medicaid.

Responsibilities
