Job summary

Isos Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our most complex, multi-client delivery within the professional services practice. This senior individual-contributor role owns high-stakes engagements, sets delivery standards, and mentors other PMs to raise capability.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders across several clients, balancing ambiguity with structure, and acting as a consultative partner to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in professional services or consulting.
• Experience leading complex, high‑visibility projects to successful outcomes.
• Strong command of traditional and agile delivery.
• Fluency with Jira and Confluence and enforcing standard delivery processes.
• Comfort in a lean, fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders.
• Take on the toughest, highest-visibility projects with the most delivery risk.
• Act as a consultative partner to clients, guiding decisions and protecting outcomes.
• Set and hold delivery standards using internal processes, tooling, and artifacts.
• Mentor and level up other PMs and delivery team members; serve as an SME.
• Manage to billable/utilization targets while balancing multiple clients.
