Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart Inc. is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to investigate and resolve warehouse inventory problems and ensure orders are scheduled and ready for delivery. You will contact customers when deliveries cannot be completed as scheduled, supporting smooth delivery operations.

Responsibilities include auditing orders, advising providers, evaluating requests, and guiding delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a remote role requiring residence in NE, IA, MO, KS or TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of office/clerical experience with customer relations and problem resolution.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours as needed.
• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft products.
• Data entry at 50 words per minute.
• Excellent oral communication and phone skills.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Audit delivery orders and exception reports to identify problems and resolve them.
• Advise teammates and delivery providers on actions to execute the business plan.
• Analyze requests from teammates and provide approvals or alternatives to ensure customer loyalty.
• Assist and direct delivery providers, including management, office staff and delivery teams.
