Job summary

Worldly is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive cross-functional squads’ delivery of high-quality software aligned with strategic objectives. You will facilitate SDLC ceremonies, manage backlogs, and partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads to resolve impediments and optimize flow.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, mostly remote LATAM environment, embracing agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), mentoring teams, and helping scale Worldly’s ESG platform across regions while enjoying growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering software in tech environments.
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and ceremonies.

• Ability to resolve impediments and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDLC ceremonies and agile rituals to ensure collaboration.
• Oversee backlog and ticket flow aligned with product goals.
• Serve as liaison between Product Owners and Dev team, surfacing risks.
• Identify risks and mitigate to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement using performance metrics.
• Coordinate resources with team leads to meet timelines.
