Job summary

One Call seeks a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery for enterprise programs from a home-based setup. You will own end-to-end delivery, translate strategy into executable plans, and mentor managers and teams toward delivering high value with governance.

You will drive strategic program delivery with dashboards, risk management, and executive updates; collaborate with business, technology, product, and operations to align outcomes with OKRs and ROI expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex initiatives.
• Proven executive-level communication with senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies; adherence to SDLC, Change Management, Risk/Security.
• Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC) preferred.
• Experience building or transforming agile program management capability.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams on major programs with high complexity.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop high-performing teams.
• Teach Disciplined Agile values and coach delivery managers and teams.
• Develop end-to-end delivery plans and dashboards; manage risks and dependencies.
• Prepare concise updates for senior leaders; articulate ROI and investment health.
• Identify and implement agile process improvements to enhance flow and quality.
• Mentor delivery managers and ensure a common way of working.
