Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee the development, maintenance, testing, and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system for State Medicaid clients. You will provide technical and delivery leadership across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, compliant software solutions.

The role requires coordinating with managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery, effective processes, and onboarding of new Medicaid customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years software development with 5+ years in leadership or management.
• Experience overseeing delivery for enterprise healthcare systems, preferably Medicaid-related.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to software engineers within IT Applications Development.
• Define priorities to achieve vision and goals of Software Engineering practice.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, release management, and quality assurance processes.
• Lead personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
