Cognizant is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead strategic technology delivery for a major Banking & Financial Services client. You will drive transformation, AI-led engineering, cloud adoption, and portfolio growth while serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

You will oversee end-to-end programs, build senior client relationships, and guide cross-functional teams through modernization, platform engineering, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery, consulting, program management, or engineering leadership.
• Proven experience managing large technology portfolios within Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong domain expertise in Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, and Retirement Services.
• Experience leading modernization, cloud, data, and integration programs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled engineering transformation and GenAI adoption.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud-native platforms, and modernization strategies.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic Banking, Payments, Wealth & Retirement programs with governance and business outcomes.
• Build and manage executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor on technology strategy.
• Lead large-scale digital transformation programs including modernization and cloud adoption.
• Drive AI-led engineering transformation with GenAI-enabled SDLC practices and automation accelerators.
• Provide technology leadership across architecture, planning, execution, risk, and operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of delivery managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and PMs.
• Support account growth through consulting-led engagements, solutioning, and proposals.
